Assuming the token's stickers have fallen off or erased, please use the instructions below to find the token's serial number.
Scanning for nearby tokens.
This tool will scan for any nearby GateKeeper tokens. You will see the token's Type, Serial Number, DeviceID, RSSI, and Status. **The token must be powered on for this tool to work, please charge the token or use a fresh battery.
Requires GateKeeper Client app v3.12.28 and up.
1. Open the GateKeeper Client application.
2. Click the "Tools" menu from the left pane.
3. Click "Test Token" from the Tools tab.
4. The lowest value of RSSI will be your token's serial number. The Scan is quick so it should only pick up tokens within about 6ft of the sensor in an office setting. Done!
