If you're using a Windows 10 or 11 PC with a compatible internal BLE chip, the software will automatically switch to the internal BLE sensor and continue functioning. However, if no compatible BLE sensor is available, the software will lock the computer. Someone can either log in with their username and password or OTP backup login method.
The GateKeeper Client app will always use all available BLE sensors, including any compatible onboard BLE (Windows 10 and 11 PC only) and GateKeeper-provided proximity sensors unless otherwise disabled during client app installation.
