In certain cases, the GateKeeper Proximity application may not be able to uniquely identify the Windows login account you want to use to log on to the computer. In these cases, the login screen will display a list of possible accounts to choose. That is when the user should pick their own Windows login account and then GateKeeper will log them into it. To avoid having to select a username at login, set the computer either Touch Login or GateKeeper with PIN Login.
Potential scenarios where a username would have to be picked on the login screen.
1. The Unlock Method chosen for this computer is either Automatic Login or Press Enter to Login and there are multiple GateKeeper tokens near the computer. So the system does not know who to login without known intention. In this case, please select either Touch Login or GateKeeper with PIN Login as the unlock method. Now, each user must either touch their token or type their PIN for quick access.
2. The Unlock Method chosen for this computer is GateKeeper with PIN Login and more than one one token with the same PIN is near the computer.
3. A user has multiple valid login accounts as part of their GateKeeper profile.
