If there is a problem with adding users to groups or issues updating any Hub setting, please do the following checks:
Step 1) Check that you're running the latest version of the GateKeeper Hub; please click here for help updating your Hub. For Cloud GateKeeper Hub instances, you're Hub will always be up to date.
Step 2) Try refreshing the page using Ctrl + Shift + R to refresh the cookies and download any changes to the website.
If you cannot make changes to the GateKeeper Hub settings, please contact GateKeeper support at support@gkaccess.com.
