Find my Windows username and domain on Windows 11
Option one: Command Prompt
For Windows machines, click on the Start Menu, type ‘cmd’ and hit Enter. On the command prompt, type ‘whoami’ and hit Enter. This will return you the domain and username in the format:
<domain-name>/<username>
Option two: Command Prompt
1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type "cmd" and press Enter to open the Command Prompt.
3. Type "echo %USERDOMAIN%" and press Enter. This will display your domain name.
4. Type "echo %USERNAME%" and press Enter. This will display your username.
Option three: Control Panel
1. Open the Start menu and click on the "Settings" gear icon.
2. Click on "System" and then "About".
3. Under "Device specifications", you should see your device name and domain joined status.
4. Under "Device specifications", you should see "Related Links Domain or workgroup".
Click it and you will your computer name which is your domain name.
