How can I change the password for my Kiosk computer?
When using GateKeeper's Kiosk mode on the computers, it's important to ensure that any password changes or updates made on those accounts or computers are also reflected in the GateKeeper Hub. This is necessary; otherwise, GateKeeper users CANNOT unlock the computer. Therefore, when passwords are changed on the computers operating in Kiosk mode, you must update the corresponding passwords in the GateKeeper Hub as well.
1. Log in to your GateKeeper Hub.
2. Click "Computers" tab from the left menu.
3. Find your Kiosk Mode computers.
4. Click "Profile" under the "Actions" column.
5. Click "Kiosk Mode Password".
6. Click "edit".
7. Enter the Password and click "Set Password for Computer".
