At the login screen, if the GateKeeper asks you to "Choose your credential" (see image), this is because you have multiple valid logins available for this computer saved in your password vault. If you want to remove one credential to avoid choosing, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the GateKeeper Client software.
2. Click the Passwords tab.
3. On the Password Management page, scroll down until you see the credential you'd like to remove.
4. Finally, click the delete button (garbage can icon) to remove the credential.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding proximity settings, computer locking, credential management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
