This feature provides the capability to manage software installations and removals across multiple devices from a centralized platform (GateKeeper Hub), which can be beneficial for IT management and system administration purposes.

How to Install Application via Remote Management

The Remote Management Utility Explained allows you to manage the system properties of computers on your network that are connected to GateKeeper Hub. This feature must have been enabled during the client installation (Installing the GateKeeper Client app). Hover over a row in the Computers table to show action buttons to view and manage computer properties such as CPU usage, RAM, Processes, Services, and Logged Users. You can also install and uninstall applications remotely from here.

1. Login to your GateKeeper Hub.

2. Click "Remote Management".

3. Filter the computers by "Online" status.

4. Click "Manage Computer".

5. Click "Applications".

6. Click "Install Application".

7. Click "Click or drag an installer file to this area to upload".

8. Click "Upload & Install".

9. Close the sidebar once the application has been uploaded and installation has begun.

10. Monitor the status of the installation and clear it once it has finished.

11. Re-open the Applications page for the computer to confirm that the software has been successfully installed. Done!
