Activate License for GateKeeper Enterprise:
1. Login into the GateKeeper Customer portal.
2. On the left side, click the License tab.
3. Click the Recurring tab.
4. On the license page, click the Download button of the active license.
5. Click either the Copy License Code or Download License File.
6. Log in to your GateKeeper Hub URL.
7. Click the "Administration" tab and click "Licenses" and click "+ Add New License".
8. There are three ways to add your license.
- You can download your purchased license from your customer portal account and then upload it on this screen or
- You can type in the license number on this screen or
- You can log in to your customer portal on this screen to directly add your license.
Click Upload when done.
Congratulations! Your license has been added to your GateKeeper Hub admin console!
Going forward, if you need to add more users to your purchased GateKeeper subscription license, log in to your customer portal, go to Licenses, then click Add Users next to that License. Click here for how to add users to the subscription license:
