If you forgot your password to log in to GateKeeper Hub, please use the 'Forgot Password?' utility on the Hub login page to reset the password.
After clicking on 'Forgot Password?', enter the email and the recovery code associated with your admin account, and click on Submit. Set the new password and use it to log in to GateKeeper Hub.
If you do not remember your recovery code, you must create a new login. If you are the sole and only administrator and you have forgotten both your password and recovery code, please contact GateKeeper support at email@example.com.
