If you forgot your password to log in to GateKeeper Hub or can't log in to Hub for whatever reason, please use the 'Forgot Password?' utility on the Hub login page to reset the password. Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions based on the version number of your GateKeeper Hub.
GateKeeper Hub version 3.7.34 and up
1. From the login screen click, click Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address of the Hub administrator who needs to reset their password.
3. Choose to receive a recovery code via email or SMS.
4. Enter the Recovery Code.
5. Enter and confirm a new password.
6. After updating the password, please log in again with your new credentials.
GateKeeper Hub version 3.6.12 and before
If you forgot your password to log in to GateKeeper Hub or can't log in to Hub for whatever reason, please use the 'Forgot Password?' utility on the Hub login page to reset the password.
After clicking 'Forgot Password?', fill in the email, the recovery code associated with your admin account, and click Submit. Set your new password and use it to log in to your GateKeeper Hub.
If you do not remember your recovery code, you must create a new login. If you are the sole and only administrator and you have forgotten both your password and recovery code, please contact GateKeeper support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
