How to unlock computer with my GateKeeper token.

Login with GateKeeper Proximity token.

GateKeeper uses Bluetooth Low Energy tokens for secure proximity computer login with your presence. There are multiple methods to unlock your computer using your GateKeeper token. These options are in the Settings tab of the client application -> under Unlock Settings -> listed under Unlock Method.

SOLUTION:

The various methods of unlocking your computer with GateKeeper are:

1. Automatic Login: This option will unlock your computer automatically when the GateKeeper token is close to the computer with its signal quality above the UNLOCK LEVEL set on the client app. This method does not require any interaction from the user. But keep your token safely with you at all times.

2. Press Enter Key to Login: This option will unlock your computer when you press ENTER (return key) on the GateKeeper login screen while the GateKeeper token is close to your computer. Best when the computer is shared between multiple user accounts.

3. Touch Login: This option will unlock your computer when you touch the GateKeeper token to the USB receiver attached to your computer. Just tap to log in. This is just like scanning a touchless NFC card.

4. GateKeeper with PIN Login: This is the 2-factor authentication (2FA) method of unlocking your computer. You will be asked to type in your GateKeeper PIN (something you know) while the GateKeeper token is in close proximity to the computer (something you have). This is the most secure, bank-grade method of unlocking your computer with GateKeeper.
