If you are turning your computer on (not from sleep), it will take all programs (including GateKeeper) a few more seconds than usual to boot up. Please be patient and the GateKeeper unlock option will appear momentarily.
If you have installed GateKeeper but do not see the login option at startup, this likely means that GateKeeper is not currently running on your computer. It is possible that your Hub is down.
