What if I have an older GateKeeper key?

If you have an old version of the GateKeeper hardware token (versions 1.0 and 2.0), the newest software release may no longer be compatible. We are no longer supporting versions 1.0 and 2.0 of the hardware in our new software releases. They will continue to work with older software but bug fixes and patches will no longer happen. We highly recommend upgrading your hardware to the latest version (3.0) as durability and security is much improved.
