If your disk space is running out on the server where GateKeeper Hub (on-premise version only) is installed, it may be because of IIS storing logs for all web activity on the GateKeeper Hub website. The log files are typically stored in the C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles directory. These logs are not necessary and can be deleted to free up disk space.
To disable logging of GateKeeper Hub activity in IIS, please follow these instructions:
1. Open the IIS.
2. Under Sites, please click the GateKeeper.Hub.
3. In the middle panel, double-click Logging.
4. In the Logging window, under Actions on the right-side panel, click Disable.
If the SQL server containing the GateKeeper Hub database is installed on a server with low disk space, it may lead to problems with the operation of GateKeeper Hub. You can disable recording certain events in the GateKeeper Hub to reduce the amount of data being stored in the SQL database. For example, if you do not need the real-time location of every GateKeeper token to be stored in the database, you can stop recording Scan Events in the Hub.
To turn off Scan Events:
1. Login to the Hub, then click on the Administration in the upper-right.
2. Click the Hub Features tab and turn off the switch next to Real-time scans.
3. Click "Yes, Disable".
