If you are attempting to access the on-premise version of GateKeeper Enterprise Hub, you may see this page:
GateKeeper for Chrome:
GateKeeper for Firefox:
If you see this warning, no need to be alarmed. Just click "Advanced" in the lower-left corner and click "Proceed to...(unsafe)" and log in.
This warning is generated by browsers to indicate that the website is using a self-signed SSL certificate. Self-signed certificates are typically used when a website is running on an internal network - like GateKeeper Enterprise Hub - and all data communication with it needs to be encrypted.
GateKeeper Hub installs a self-signed certificate during the setup process so that all traffic to and from from the Hub is encrypted. This warning is generated because of this self-signed certificate. If your organization has its own certificate, you can add it to IIS and enable the GateKeeper Hub website to use it.
For any questions or concerns regarding proximity settings, privacy, computer locking, or credential management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
