In the Computers tab of the GateKeeper Hub, you may see a red warning label next to Computers with the message "No Client App".
This warning indicates that the computers were added from the Active Directory into GateKeeper Hub, but the GateKeeper Client application was never installed on them. This warning will go away when the client application is installed on those computers and connected to the GateKeeper Hub.
To see this warning, follow the directions below:
- Open Google Chrome/Firefox web browser.
- Log in to GateKeeper Hub.
- Click the Computers tab on the left side, then click GateKeeper Computers.
- Find the computer with the warning message.
