Adding a GateKeeper license to On-Premise Hub.

Adding the License during on-premise Hub Installation

Congratulations! You have successfully installed the On-premise version of the GateKeeper Hub and created your administrator profile (step 1). To activate your GateKeeper Hub, the admin must upload their purchased license (step 2).

1. Log in to the GateKeeper Hub URL, and click the "Administration" tab from the top of the right corner.

2. Click the License tab and click + Add New License.

3. You will need to associate your purchased subscription license. Click Next.

4. There are three ways to add your license.

• You can download your purchased license from your customer portal account and then upload it on this screen or,
• You can type in the license number on this screen or,
• You can log in to your customer portal on this screen to directly add your license.

5. Select the license that you purchased and click Upload.

Congratulations! Your license has been added to your GateKeeper Hub admin console!

Going forward, if you need to add more users to your purchased GateKeeper subscription license, log in to your customer portal, go to Licenses, then click Add Users next to that License. Click here for how to add users to the subscription license:
