How to see all low batteries in tokens.

To see all the tokens with low battery, please follow the steps below:

1. Open Google Chrome/Firefox web browser.

2. Log in to GateKeeper Hub.

3. Once you're in the Dashboard page, click Users on the left side.

4. Scroll through all users and see if there are any red warnings for "low battery" next to any name.

5. Click on the user's name and then click the Tokens tab.

Here, you can see all the tokens with low battery. Please swap out any low batteries as soon as possible in order to avoid being locked out/downtime.

Alternatively, you can set up an Alert.

Click on the Alert, tab and open Manage Alerts.

System Alerts.

Click the Low Battery alert and switch the Status to Active.

Click on the Delivery tab to select delivery schedule, method (text, email), and recipient. Click Save when done.
