Can my body block the Halberd token signal?

Yes. Folding your arms or keeping your Halberd token clenched around your hands will block the signal.

If the GateKeeper key is in your pocket, it is possible the computer could lock unexpectedly. This is typically the result of diminished signal quality being blocked by your body or the action button being accidentally pressed. 

It is recommended that you keep the GateKeeper token around your neck using the lanyard or on your hip using a carabiner.

If you wish to keep your token in your pocket, the best thing to do is position your USB receivers so that they are within line of sight of your token. If you keep your token in your right pocket at a normal sitting desk, position one USB sensor under your desk on the right side via the USB extension cable and wire clip managers. Make sure that in your seated position, the GateKeeper is as close to your USB receiver as possible. It is also recommended that you utilize more than one receiver to maximize coverage to prevent unintended unlocking as much as possible. 

Also, we highly recommend using at least 2 USB proximity sensors and keeping at least 1 of them in line of sight with your key fob.
