If you are an end user on a Client computer and have logged in without your GateKeeper, you must reconnect your GateKeeper token to your computer. Only then will your passwords be available and your lock and unlock functions work properly.
Make sure you have your GateKeeper token with you.
1. Open your GateKeeper Client application on your PC by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard and start typing "GateKeeper".
2. Click Connect Token on the right.
3. Type in your PIN for your token and click Connect.
Your token will reconnect to your PC. Done!
