Look up owner of token.

Look up Owner of by Token's Serial Number.

1. Open Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox web browser.

2. Log in to the GateKeeper Hub and navigate to the Users page.

3. Click on the search bar in the upper-right corner.

4. Type in the token's serial number and press Enter to look up who the token is assigned to.

The serial number will be located either on the back of the token (rechargeable versions) or inside the GateKeeper Halberd token battery cover (battery-powered versions).
