How to create a license as a distributor.

Request a distributor account. Reach out to your account rep or [e-mail] to enable your distributor account. Once your distributor account is active, you can now create licenses.

1. Log on to the GateKeeper Reseller Customer Portal (request reseller status by contacting us) and click Licenses.

2. To create a cloud Hub deployment click + Incurring License.

 

2. Type the organization's name and select the type of deployment for this license (cloud or on-premise).

 

3. Select the license subscription plan. There are three tiers for GateKeeper Enterprise available: CORE, ADVANCED, and ULTIMATE.

4. Select the number of token sets you require.

 

5. Select optional support and installation add-ons.

6. Select payment method, billing address, and shipping address.

7. Click Submit Order.

8. Click Purchase to finish the process. You're done! Your license is now available and your hardware is on its way. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your items ship.

For On-Premise Hub version: Adding the License after Hub Installation

1. Once you have downloaded the license from the GateKeeper Customer Portal, log in to your GateKeeper Hub. Go to the Administration page by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner on the Hub. 

 

2. On the Administration page, click Hub Administration.

 

3. Navigate down to the Licenses section and click + Add License to locate the downloaded license file after purchase.

4. Once you have selected the license file, click Upload to finish updating your license. Done.
