If you forgot/don't remember the PIN for your token, please reset your PIN using the directions below. If you do not have your token or forgot your PIN, you must have your IT admin reset your PIN from the GateKeeper Hub.
Enterprise Software users: Contact your GateKeeper Hub admin to reset your token's PIN to a temporary one. You'll receive an email when the new PIN has been set.
If you've enabled TOTP and Email login, login using this option. Then, open the client app to change your token's PIN.
Solution:
To reset the PIN for a GateKeeper token from within the GateKeeper Hub:
1. Open Google Chrome/Firefox web browser.
2. Log in to the GateKeeper Hub.
3. Navigate to the Users tab.
4. Hover over the user's account, navigate to the Actions category, and click the Tokens option.
5. Hover over the desired token's Actions category. Click Change PIN.
6. Create your New PIN, type Confirm PIN, and click Save Changes.
7. The user must type their PIN on the login screen to complete the change.

To reset the PIN for a GateKeeper token from within the GateKeeper Client:
1. Open your GateKeeper Client application on your PC by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard and start typing "GateKeeper".
2. Go to the Tokens tabs.
3. Click the icon next to the token whose PIN you would like to update.
4. Create a new PIN.
5. Click Save Changes to immediately update the PIN.
*Note: The user MUST be connected to the computer using their GateKeeper token to change their PIN.
