If you're not able to update to the latest version of the GateKeeper Retail software using the Check for Updates button under the About tab. Or receive the following error message, Update installation was blocked, digital signature mismatch. Please follow the steps below.
1. Go to the Downloads section of the GateKeeper website.
2. Download either the Windows or macOS version of the GateKeeper Client Retail software.
3. After downloading the application, run the installer.
The software will remove the old version and install the latest version of the GateKeeper Retail software.
