Number of GateKeeper Licenses needed for Users.
You should purchase a license for the total number of people in your organization who would be using GateKeeper for authenticating on to their computers. For example, if you have 5 people who will be using GateKeeper to log in and out of their computers, you should purchase a license for 5 users.
During the process of purchasing a GateKeeper Enterprise recurring license, you will be asked how many users you would like to license. After purchase, your license will allow the number of users paid for under the purchased recurring license.
If you purchase a license for 5 users, then 5 users will be allowed to authenticate on to any number of computers on the network using their GateKeeper tokens. Make sure to use the Getting Started Guide to help you along the setup process.
- Select your plan based on the features you need: Core, Advanced, or Ultimate. Also select either monthly or annual subscription for billing. Annual subscriptions receive an additional 20% off.
- Select your hosting option: Cloud or On-Premise.
- Select the quantity of tokens and USB sensors required. An organization with 500 users and 700 workstations would require 500 GateKeeper Hardware Sets (each contain 1 GateKeeper Halberd token and 1 USB proximity sensor for your workstation) and 200 additional USB sensors for the 200 extra workstations. The company would also like to keep an additional 100 tokens in stock, just in case employees lose/misplace tokens.
