If you are using Zoom and you walk away and your GateKeeper locks your computer, Zoom will still be running. If you were sharing your screen over Zoom, other attendees will see whatever screen you are sharing even while the PC is locked. If you've enabled your video camera, it will still be recording.
While using Zoom, we recommend disabling the Inactivity Lock Method and Windows timeout. If there is no mouse or keyboard activity Windows and GateKeeper may think there is no activity and lock the screen.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding proximity settings, computer locking, credential management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
