The Last Seen counter displays how often the GateKeeper Client software is communicating with a GateKeeper token. For the most accurate unlocking and locking performance, the Last Seen counter should consistently fluctuate at the lowest time intervals. See the chart below.
If the Last Seen counter consistently reaches beyond 5 seconds before restarting, we recommend moving the USB sensor into a different location (closer and in line of sight to your token). For optimal performance, the USB sensor and GateKeeper token should remain in the line of sight of each other.
