How to scan for nearby GateKeeper token serial numbers.

The following article walks you through looking up the serial number of any GateKeeper token using the GateKeeper Client app. 

1. Log into a GateKeeper-enabled computer and click the Windows Key.

2. Type "GateKeeper Client" and click the app when it appears.

3. Then navigate to the system's tray in the lower left and click the "up arrow".

4. Click the GateKeeper Helmet icon to open the dashboard

 5. Click the "Tools" menu from the left pane.

6. Click "Test Token" from the Tools tab.**Make sure the token you're trying to scan is powered on.

7. The lowest value of RSSI will be your token's serial number. The Scan is quick so it should only pick up tokens within about 6ft of the sensor in an office setting. Done!
