Which external servers/URLs should be whitelisted in the firewall for the on-premise GateKeeper Hub server?

On-Premise GateKeeper Hub needs access to the following external websites for complete operation. Make sure to white-list the following addresses and ports in your firewall.

• A file server that hosts all the downloadable software:
  • Address: dl.gkchain.com
  • Port: 443
• GateKeeper portal for token validation, license validation, etc.:
  • Address: gkchain.com
  • Port: 443

Optional

• Sending out text messages for password reset, alerts, etc.:
  • Address: twilio.com
  • Port: 443
• Sending out emails for reports, alerts, user onboarding, admin registration, etc.:
  • Address: mailgun.com
  • Port: 443

If you want emails, you can also use SMTP. Plus, if you don't want SMS based 2FA, you can use TOTP authenticators like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
