The GateKeeper mobile app is compatible with both Cloud and On-Premise deployments.
However, when used with an On-Premise Hub, the mobile app must be connected to the same local network as the Hub server in order to function properly.
Due to this network dependency, the mobile app experience may be limited in On-Premise environments.
For the most reliable and seamless experience, we recommend using the mobile app with the Cloud Hub.
