GateKeeper Okta Plugin explained.

Login to Okta by using password saved in your GateKeeper profile.

You can set up this utility to automatically log in to your Okta dashboard instead of having to type in your credentials on the login page on the Okta website, saving much-needed time and hassle.

You can also save your secret answer or set up the OTP-based 2FA through the utility.

Upon launching the utility, it will automatically send the username and password first and then the second factor to authenticate you into your Okta profile.

First time setup of GateKeeper Okta Plugin:

When you launch the GateKeeper Okta plugin for the first time, you will be asked to enter your Okta login credentials and potentially the answer to your secret question if you have 2FA set up. This information will be saved to your GateKeeper user profile so that it can be automatically used to log in to Okta in the future - no more typing your Okta password.

Day-to-day use of the GateKeeper Okta Plugin:

Once the GateKeeper Okta plugin has been set up for your computer, you can simply click on it to automatically log you into Okta. All the steps including submitting your username, password and 2FA (answer to secret question) will be automated and you will be logged in to your Okta dashboard.
