What is "Self-Registration" settings?

Self-Registration can allow users to self-register through the GateKeeper Client application.

It is not highly recommended to turned Off because if a end user rapidly enroll by themselves as a new GateKeeper user, it can occur to run out of your licenses. 

More over it can cause of to Hub Admin can't add more user in their recurring licenses.
