How to add a user through the GateKeeper Client App.

How to find my username and domain on my computer?

1. Open your GateKeeper Client app. Click "Enrollment".

2. Fill out the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number. Then click Next.

3. Choose a token type (Halberd or Trident) enter the token's Serial Number, and click Validate.

The serial number will be located either on the back of the token (rechargeable versions) or inside the GateKeeper Halberd token battery cover (battery-powered versions).

4. Choose a PIN for the token and click "Next".

5. Choose a computer credential type (Domain or Windows Local) and enter the username, domain (Computer Name for local accounts), and account password. How to find my username and domain on my computer?

6. Click "Next".

7. Verify your information and click "Register". Done!
