The Monitor Computer Activity Remotely feature allows GateKeeper Hub administrators to remotely view and manage activity on computers connected to the GateKeeper Hub. This capability is powered by the Remote Computer Management functionality built into the Hub.
Using this feature, admins can quickly assess system status, user activity, and resource usage without physically accessing the machine.
What You Can Monitor
With this feature enabled, Hub Admins can remotely view key system and usage details, including:
How long the computer has been powered on
The last logged-in user
CPU and RAM utilization
Active processes and services
Currently logged-in users
This visibility helps administrators troubleshoot issues, verify system status, and support users more efficiently.
Remote Computer Management Capabilities
The Remote Computer Management interface allows admins to manage system properties for computers registered with the GateKeeper Hub.
From the Computers table in the Hub:
Hover over a computer row to reveal action buttons

View detailed system information, such as:
CPU usage
Memory (RAM)
Running processes
Active services
Logged-in users
Remotely install or uninstall applications on the target machine
Licensing Requirement
⚠️ Important:
This feature is only available to customers using GateKeeper Enterprise Ultimate.
If your organization is not on the Ultimate tier, this functionality will not be accessible in the Hub.
