The Administration page allows enterprise admins to manage the configuration and access the GateKeeper Hub. You can create new Hub administrators, assign them roles to access various parts of the Hub, add new licenses, and choose which audit data to collect.
The GateKeeper Hub Administration is accessed by clicking the Administration gear icon in the top right of the GateKeeper Hub dashboard.
The Administration page is used to manage Hub administrators and other users. Administrators can add new users to the Hub, set up various Roles, manage licenses, and upload company logos.
Team
Active Members
Administrators can add new Hub admin users by clicking the "+ Add Hub Account" button.
This will bring up the ‘Add Hub Accounts’ page. Enter the user’s information and click Save.
Administrators can also manage other existing Hub accounts.
The ‘Manage Hub Account: [User's name]’ window will appear. The administrator can edit Roles, schedule a Monthly Report, Real-Time Notifications, and Two-Factor Authentication.
Inactive Members
From the ‘Active Members’ section, administrators can Deactivate Hub accounts.
A prompt will pop up to confirm the action.
The account will then appear in the ‘Inactive Members’ section.
To reactivate the Hub account, hover over the desired account, and then click Activate.
Roles
The different roles for your Hub server will be located here.
To add new roles, click + Create New Role.
Enter in a name and description for the role. Once you have finished, click Next.
Assign the permissions and type of access that the role is granted to have.
If there are any changes you would like to make, click Previous.
Click Save to finish the process.
Licenses
The license for the GateKeeper Hub server can be updated/changed here.
Click + Add License, locate the license file you downloaded from the Customer Portal after purchase.
Once you have selected the file, click Upload to change the license.
Alternatively, under the Actions category, you can Deactivate or Delete the license.
Security
Setup Security settings for the GateKeeper Hub access for your team. You can enforce two-factor authentication for all team members and choose the allowed two-factor authenticators using the settings below.
Increase security for your GateKeeper Hub by enabling two-factor authentication for your team members. You can choose between receiving one-time-passcodes sent via text message (SMS) or use a time-based one-time-passcode (TOTP) generated by an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator on your smartphone.

Real-time scans |
All terminals running GateKeeper Client constantly scan for GateKeeper keys approx. every 10s and report details to the GateKeeper Hub. To stop collecting the data, toggle the switch to 'NO'. |
Client audit logs |
The GateKeeper Client on computers keep track of all access events such as Session Lock/Unlock, Session Count/Time, and report details to the GateKeeper Hub. We recommend keeping this enabled as the data is useful for Audit purposes. |
Server audit logs |
GateKeeper Hub auto-tracks and records all changes such as newly created policies and settings updates to GateKeeper users or computers. We recommend keeping it enabled as the data is useful for Audit purposes. |
Reports |
GateKeeper Hub allows you to create reports from audit logs, users, and computer profiles. Enable this feature to generate reports, run them on a schedule, and email them to other administrators. |
Alerts |
Create and manage custom alerts through GateKeeper Hub. You can create customized alerts to report certain events detected by the Hub and send them to administrators via notification, email, or SMS. |
Active Directory Management |
Set up GateKeeper Hub to manage Active Directory accounts of users registered with the Hub. This will require Hub to have AD WRITE permissions and can be set up through the GateKeeper Hub Manager. |
Remote Management |
Set up GateKeeper Hub to manage properties of Windows computers connected to the Hub. You can manage applications, services, CPU usage, and other properties of Windows machines through the Hub. |
API Keys
Use the Client Authorization API Key shown below during the installation of the GateKeeper Client application on computers of your network. Using the API Key during the installation allows the GateKeeper Hub to validate and approve the GateKeeper Client application to synchronize with it. Follow the instructions at this link to use the Client Authorization API Key during GateKeeper Client installation.
Do not share this key outside of your trusted team members.
Admin Override
You can set up a special Admin Override password to allow you as an administrator to log in to any GateKeeper enabled computer WITHOUT using your GateKeeper token. You can enter this password on the Admin Access Login page of the login screen to get access to the Windows Username, Domain and Password fields. AD Connection
Connect your On-Premise or Azure Active Directory to your GateKeeper Hub for easy user on-boarding. You must have the ULTIMATE tier license to use this feature. SIEM Connection
Connect the GateKeeper Hub to your SIEM system to automatically send audit logs from the Hub to your SIEM platform. You must have the ULTIMATE tier license to use this feature. To learn more integration with SIEM, please refer to the knowledge base article SIEM and GateKeeper Proximity Integration.

Branding
The logos displayed on the Hub can be customized (e.g. your corporate logo/icon). If you would like to revert the logo back to the default GateKeeper icons, click the corresponding Reset Image button.

Database Information
For on-premise GateKeeper Hub only. Admins can view how much data in the SQL database has been allocated and is in use by GateKeeper.
