How to access GateKeeper Hub from outside my network.

Cloud Hub version:

Open Google Chrome web browser (which is our recommended browser) and on the address bar, type your GateKeeper Hub URL that you created ([companyname].gatekeeperhub.com).

On-Premise Hub version:

To access the on-premise GateKeeper Hub version from outside your network, you must have a VPN installed on your local computer. For example, Check Point VPN. 

Please follow the instructions below to access the GateKeeper Hub via VPN:

1. Log into your office network using your VPN.

2. Open your web browser.

3. Enter the IP address and port number of the computer where the on-premise Hub is installed.

4. Log in using your GateKeeper admin credentials.
