This option will reset the local GateKeeper database. Caution: For retail users, this will clear all your tokens and credentials.
1. Open your GateKeeper Client application on your PC by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard and start typing "GateKeeper".
2. Click Settings from the left menu.
3. Click Advanced Settings.
4. Go to 'Reset Local Database' and click Reset.
