How to disable Scans in GateKeeper Enterprise.
If the SQL server with the on-premise version of GateKeeper Hub database is installed on a server with low disk space, it may lead to problems with the operation of GateKeeper Hub. You can disable Scan recording certain events in the GateKeeper Hub to reduce the amount of data being stored in the SQL database. For example, if you do not need the real-time location of every GateKeeper token to be stored in the database, you can stop recording Scan Events from the Hub.
To turn off Scan Events:
1. Login to the Hub, click to the Administration in the upper-right.
2. Click Hub Features and turn off the switch next to Real-time scans.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding proximity settings, computer locking, or credential management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
