Recurring License Renewal
GateKeeper Enterprise licenses are available with either a monthly or annual recurring subscription.

Monthly Subscription:
If you purchase a monthly GateKeeper Enterprise license, your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month as your original purchase.
For example: If you subscribed on May 15th, your license will renew on June 15th, then July 15th, and so on. -
Annual Subscription:
If you purchase an annual GateKeeper Enterprise license, it will renew on the same day each year as your original purchase.
For example, if you subscribed on May 15th, 2019, your license will renew on May 15th, 2020, and so on.
Billing Date and Proration for Additional Seats
The date of your initial license purchase becomes your billing date for all licensed users on your GateKeeper Enterprise account.
If you purchase additional seats after the initial subscription, those seats will be prorated so that all licenses renew on the same date.
For example:

If you purchase one seat on January 1st, 2020, your annual billing date becomes January 1st.

If you add a second user on July 1st, 2020 (six months later), you will pay a prorated amount of $18 for that user (half of the $36 annual cost) to align with the January 1st renewal date.
Payment Requirements and License Deactivation
A valid credit card is required to maintain your recurring subscription and ensure automatic renewals.
If your credit card expires or becomes invalid:

Your license renewal may fail.

This will result in license deactivation on the renewal date.

All access to the GateKeeper Hub will be disabled until payment is resolved.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your GateKeeper license at any time. However, please note:

There are no refunds for any unused time remaining on your subscription after cancellation.
Hardware Purchases
All GateKeeper hardware items are one-time purchases.
Buyers are responsible for any associated customs, duties, shipping, and handling fees.
