One-to-Many and Many-to-One Access with GateKeeper Enterprise
With the GateKeeper Enterprise edition, you can:
-
Use one token to access multiple computers (one-to-many).
-
Allow multiple users to access shared workstations (many-to-one).
For example, a single employee can unlock all the computers in a room upon arrival and lock them all simply by walking away. It's a scalable solution for managing access to dozens or even hundreds of machines.
Note: The GateKeeper Single-User version supports only one user and one computer at a time.
Security Note: No Passwords Stored on the Token
GateKeeper tokens do not store or transmit passwords over the air. If a token is ever lost or misplaced, your credentials remain safe. Simply remove the lost token from your user account via the GateKeeper Hub, and it will no longer have access.
Please refer to the article "How to manage multiple computers in GateKeeper Hub" for how to perform this function.
