The best indicator of someone leaving their token behind is if the GateKeeper software is locking the computer due to Inactivity. The software locks the PC even when the GateKeeper token is in range if there has been no keyboard or mouse activity for a predefined amount of time. Please click here to learn more about the lock methods in GateKeeper.
The following instructions walk you through using the Client Audit logs in the GateKeeper Hub to determine if someone may have left their token behind.

2. Click "Sign In"
3. Click "Audit Logs"
4. Click "Client Audit"
5. Either type or choose a GateKeeper end-user name from the dropdown.

7. Choose a beginning and ending date.
8. Choose the number of records to display from the dropdown menu.
9. Click "Search"
10. Hover your mouse icon over a GateKeeper Lock event, if the third line reads "Message: Inactivity Lock" then this means the user may have left their GateKeeper token behind. Repeat steps 5 -9 for each user.
