How to Identify Inactive Users to Free Up GateKeeper Licenses
This guide explains how to identify inactive users in GateKeeper so licenses can be reassigned to users who will actively use the system. By reviewing reports in the GateKeeper Hub, administrators can determine which users have not had any recent GateKeeper activity.
There are two reports that can help identify inactive users.
Activity Report – Last Unlock by User
This report shows the last time each user unlocked their computer using their GateKeeper token. Reviewing this report allows administrators to quickly see when each user last authenticated with GateKeeper.
The following instructions will teach you to run a report based on the last time each user has used their GateKeeper token to unlock a computer.
