GateKeeper can pass credentials to the Windows Security dialog by having the user type in their PIN. However, if you want to hide the GateKeeper Credential Provider from showing up on the Windows Security dialogs, then you can do that by choosing to not install the GateKeeper Credential Provider for Windows Security during the client installation process. This is available for GateKeeper Client applications starting with version 3.10.8 for enterprise.
1. Download the 3.10.8 version of the GateKeeper Client application from the Hub or from your GateKeeper Customer Portal account.
2. Run the installer for the client application.
3. Uncheck the box labelled "GateKeeper Authentication in Windows Security".
4. Finish the installation process.
Now when you launch a RDP session and the Windows Security dialog box comes up, you will not see the GateKeeper Credential Provider listed in it.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding authentication, proximity settings, computer locking, credential management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
