What are Activity Reports and System Reports in GateKeeper Hub?

1. Activity Reports

This page shows records of sessions on all Client computers and Users. Select report to display including

1. Lock Events
2. Unlock Events
3. Web Password Used
4. Unlocks Without GateKeeper
5. Failed Logins
6. Last Unlock by User

Select a date range and export report to CSV or PDF.

2. System Reports 

The System Reports page generates reports on login time, logout time, and session duration.

Select any report to begin filtering by date or to export via CSV or PDF.

1. Overall Sessions for the System
2. Overall Sessions by User
3. Overall Sessions by Computer
4. Daily Sessions for the System
5. Daily Sessions by User
6. Daily Sessions by Computer
7. Individual Sessions for the System 
8. Individual Sessions by User
9. Individual Sessions by Computer
10. Users with No GateKeeper Sessions

Select the Start Date and End Date.

Click Export to CSV or Export to PDF buttons.

To view Data for individual computers, select the report titled Overall Sessions by Computer.

You can also select the report titled Daily Sessions by Computer. Select the computer’s name in the dropdown.

To view the session details for individual users, select the report titled Daily Sessions by User, Individual Sessions for the System, Individual Sessions by User, or Individual Sessions by User.

Select the user’s name in the dropdown and get your report.
