How to add users to my subscription?

Add More Users to your GateKeeper Subscription.

To add more users to your license subscription, follow the directions below:

1. Log in to the GateKeeper Customer Portal. 

 

2. After logging in to the customer portal, click Licenses.

 

3. If you have already purchased a recurring license and wish to add more users to your existing license, click Add Users next to that license. If you are purchasing a recurring license for the first time, click + Recurring License and follow the on-screen directions. 

 

4. After that, log in to the GateKeeper Hub and go to 'Administration' -> 'License' -> click 'Sync Licenses'.
