Add Multiple Users to GateKeeper Enterprise.
On the GateKeeper Users page, click + Add Users.
Select Add from Active Directory.
This will open a sidebar showing you the Active Directory connected to the Hub where you can select the users you want to add into GateKeeper Hub.
- To connect your AD to the Cloud Hub or to your on-premise hub (v3.8 or later), please follow the steps here.
- To connect your On-Premise AD to the on-premise Hub (v 3.7.x or earlier), please follow the steps here.
Once you have selected the users, click Next.
You can now assign GateKeeper Tokens to the users you uploaded from AD. Click Next.
The next page will be where you can verify that all the AD account username and domains are correct. Leave the password blank for the users. They will be asked to enter their AD password the FIRST TIME they log in using their GateKeeper token. Click Next to continue to the final step.
Look over the information and click Save Users to finish uploading users.
