Getting started with GateKeeper Enterprise

Get started with your GateKeeper Enterprise setup with these resources. Click here to view the entire video playlist. The following guide provides step-by-step instructions for deploying and setting up the GateKeeper Enterprise Hub and Client software for the first time. 

1. Set up your GateKeeper Hub admin console

• Purchase a subscription license or Create a trial license 
• Deploy Hub on (cloud or on-premise version)
• Create a Hub administrator profile
• Add the license to your GateKeeper Hub admin console
• Verify website is operational

2. Add users, passwords, and tokens to GateKeeper Hub

• Add users
• Add user’s GateKeeper token
• Add login password (domain, or local) for user’s computer
• Save user profile

3. Install GateKeeper Client application on end user computers

• Download GateKeeper Client application from the Hub > Download
• Install Client application on computer(s)
• Sync the Client application to the Hub

4. Using GateKeeper for end users

• Give each user a GateKeeper token (key) and USB sensor to set up
• With their tokens present; users will type their temporary PIN to initiate a login
• Enable your GateKeeper Password Vault
• Starting adding passwords to your vault and enjoy

5. Optional: Manage access policies

• Create Group of computers and users for permission-based access
• Apply Lock, Unlock, and other settings
