How to check if you have valid credentials.
Valid credentials typically refer to the correct and authorized username and password combination that allows a user to access a system or application. In the context of GateKeeper, valid credentials would include the username and password associated with a user's GateKeeper account.
1. Log in to "GateKeeper Hub".
2. Click the "Users" tab from the left pane.
3. In the search field, type the GateKeeper's username. Click "Passwords" under the "Actions" column.
4. Click the filter button next to "Type".
5. It will show the result of Domain, Win Local, and Mac Local credentials.
If you don't see an AD account, you can click "Add Passwords".
Add new passwords to GateKeeper Proximity.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding proximity settings, computer locking, credential management, or compliance, please contact GateKeeper Enterprise support using the Support Ticket form on https://gkaccess.com/support/ or email support@gkaccess.com.
