The following article walks you through changing the PIN for the GateKeeper user's token through the GateKeeper Hub.
Change PIN from the Hub
To reset the PIN for a GateKeeper token from within the GateKeeper Hub:
1. Open Google Chrome/Firefox web browser.
2. Log in to the GateKeeper Hub.
3. Navigate to the Users tab.
4. Hover over the user's account, navigate to the Actions category, and select Tokens.
5. Hover over the desired token's Actions category. Click Change PIN.
6. Create your new PIN, retype your PIN to Confirm, and click Save.
7. The user must type their PIN on the login screen to complete the change. Done.
